Job summary

Target is seeking an On‑Demand Guest Advocate to provide a welcoming guest experience across store interactions. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, and resolve issues quickly while maintaining a friendly, efficient service standard.

You should be adaptable to flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, and comfortable with handling transactions using a cash register and POS systems. Training will be provided to ensure excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 44 pounds when needed.
• Basic math and cash handling skills for guest transactions.
