Target is seeking an On‑Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guest experience in our store with a flexible schedule. Shifts are posted via the myTime app, and attendance is essential to keep store operations on track.

You will assist guests, answer questions, and help locate items while applying friendly, efficient service. Training includes a welcome orientation and ongoing guidance to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Thrive in a fast-moving, physically demanding role with teamwork and flexibility.
• Open to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests at 10ft/4ft and initiate warm interactions.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies.
• Support guest services such as order pickup and drive-up.
