Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to assist guests, provide friendly service, and support store operations. You can pick up shifts via the myTime app and create a flexible schedule that fits your life.

You will greet guests, help find items, scan and bag, promote loyalty programs, and participate in drive-up and order pickup activities while upholding Target’s standards of safety and guest care.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest-service orientation and communication skills.
• Able to adapt to varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment and solving guest needs.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting and assisting customers.
