Target is looking for an On-Demand Team Member in Minnesota to support guest services across the store. You can work as much or as little as you like by selecting shifts via the myTime app, building a flexible schedule that fits your life.

As a Guest Advocate, you will greet guests, help them find products, process transactions, and promote loyalty programs. You will need to be reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• You enjoy helping guests and providing friendly service.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfort with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Willing to use the Target app for scheduling and checkout tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Assist peers and support store operations while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Dial into services like Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry with accuracy.
• Remain flexible to cover shifts as needed.
