Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) in Minnesota to deliver friendly guest service, greet and assist guests, and resolve questions while maintaining store standards. The role offers flexible scheduling and requires reliable attendance and participation in the Target Welcome orientation and ongoing training.

You may select shifts via the myTime app, with expectations to pick up shifts at least every 4 weeks and respond to contact attempts.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and provide service.
• Comfort with fast-paced, physically demanding roles.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
