Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to provide exceptional guest service in our Minnetonka, MN store. You will help guests with product locations, returns, and loyalty programs, while maintaining a friendly, efficient shopping environment.

The role offers flexible shifts and requires reliable attendance to support store operations. Training will be provided, and employees may choose shifts via the myTime app to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with guests and helping others in a fast-paced store environment.
• Able to communicate clearly and follow store procedures and policies.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting customers.
• Help guests find items, resolve issues, and ensure smooth shopping experiences.
• Support peers and adapt to store needs while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Operate scanning/checkout processes and assist with returns and exchanges as needed.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and educate guests on app features.
