Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member in Winchester, VA to serve as a Guest Advocate. You will greet guests, help them find items, and explain benefits and services using the Target App, Wallet, and related features.

Shifts are picked via the myTime app, with attendance emphasized; you may work nights, weekends, and peak times. Training begins with a Welcome orientation and continues as you contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and fellow team members
• Comfort with a fast-paced, physically active role
• Willingness to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting and assisting guests
• Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• Scan, bag, and assist with checkout while following safety standards
• Promote Target Loyalty benefits and explain store services and offerings
• Support break-even operations and assist peers as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and stock during store hours
