Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to welcome guests and provide quick, friendly service. You’ll select shifts via the myTime app, maintain a helpful attitude, and support checkout, pickup, and drive-up services.

Training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. You should enjoy helping others, be adaptable to varying hours (nights/weekends), and feel comfortable using handheld scanners and Target apps.
