Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate in Virginia. As an On-Demand TM, you create your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app. Your role focuses on welcoming guests, assisting with needs, and delivering a fast, friendly shopping experience.

The role requires flexible hours, weekend availability, and a positive attitude. Training is provided, and you will work with leaders to resolve guest concerns and ensure quality service across checkout, pickup, and drive-up services.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and create a welcoming experience.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Capable of handling busy store environments with courtesy.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with product finding and checkout.
• Maintain clean work area and stock as needed.
• Explain Target loyalty benefits and enrollment.
• Handle returns and support guest requests per policies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure fast, friendly service.
• Operate scanning devices and assist with Drive Up orders.
