Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to help guests enjoy a fast, friendly shopping experience. You will pick up shifts through the myTime app, greet guests, assist with finding products, and support with returns while upholding store standards.

You should be comfortable with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and be able to engage customers, answer questions, and promote loyalty programs and services. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with guests and provide friendly assistance.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find products, answer questions, and resolve issues.
• Process purchases and returns following store policies.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and assist teammates as needed.
• Promote Target benefits and services to guests.
