• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests and assist them in finding items or resolving issues.
• Help guests complete transactions and maintain checkout flow efficiently.
• Promote Target services, loyalty programs, and available fulfillment options.
• Assist with order pickup, drive-up, and registry experiences as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment throughout shifts.
