Target is looking for an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to engage with guests, provide friendly service, and support store operations. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, including the ability to pick up shifts via the myTime app and maintain a positive, helpful guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Training will be provided, and team members are expected to communicate effectively and contribute to guest loyalty and satisfaction as part of daily duties.
