Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. You can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app, and you will not be listed on the posted weekly schedule.

You will greet guests, help them locate items, handle returns, and explain loyalty benefits. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak times is expected, with a Welcome orientation and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience and greet customers.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Assist with returns and de-escalate situations when needed.
• Operate handheld scanners and familiarize guests with the Target App and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies as needed.
• Support peers and adapt to changing store needs.
