Job summary

Target On-Demand Guest Advocate position offering flexible shifts in-store. You will welcome guests, assist with product finding, and process transactions with accuracy and courtesy. You can pick up shifts via the myTime app and support order pickup, Drive Up, and registry guests.

We value teamwork, adaptability, and a friendly, helpful attitude, with training provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. Expect nights, weekends and peak hours as needed.

• Open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays).
