Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to help deliver exceptional guest experiences in our stores. You will create a welcoming environment, assist guests with questions, and support checkout and service activities while adapting to a variable schedule.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to guest needs. As an On-Demand TM, you may pick up shifts via the myTime app, with attendance and engagement required to maintain eligibility.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with guests and helping others in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to adapt to varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication and positive language with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service and greeting to guests.
• Assist guests with needs and resolve issues.
• Know store products and services to help guests and upsell when applicable.
• Handle cash register operations and maintain accuracy.
