Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will engage with guests, assist with needs, and promote Target services and mobile features. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and requires reliable attendance and supportive teamwork.

The On-Demand TM will participate in welcome orientations and pick up shifts via the myTime app, adapting to store needs while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 44 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests and teammates.
• Assist guests with questions, returns, and product location.
• Operate handheld scanners and handle transactions with accuracy and care.
• Explain Target services, wallets, and app features to guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and help with basic tasks.
