Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to assist guests, manage check lanes, and provide exceptional service across store duties. This role offers a flexible, on-demand schedule and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

You may work varying shifts including nights and weekends, with training to ensure you are prepared for your new role. As an On-Demand TM, you set your own schedule by picking shifts posted by leaders or teammates via the myTime app.

• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
