Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guest experiences across our stores. The role offers a flexible schedule, with shifts posted by leaders and the opportunity to pick up hours via the myTime app.

You will engage with guests, assist with checkout, and help guests understand store services and benefits. Applicants should be reliable, able to adapt to varying shifts, and committed to excellent service.

• Experience in delivering excellent guest service and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to create a welcoming store experience.
• Help guests locate products and answer questions about services and benefits.
• Operate handheld scanners and assist at or near the register as needed.
• Assist with checkout and return processes while following store policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and support team members.
