Target is seeking an On‑Demand Team Member in the New York area. You can work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted by leaders or other team members through the myTime app. Flexibility and reliable attendance are key to success in this role.

You will be expected to respond to shift opportunities, attend orientation, and complete a short training schedule to be prepared for the role. This position offers flexible hours and exposure to a fast-paced retail environment.
