Job summary

Target is hiring for an On-Demand Guest Advocate/Team Member to support a fast-paced store environment. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, and drive a friendly, efficient checkout and service experience.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, reliability in shift attendance, and a customer-first approach to help guests with orders, returns, and store services while maintaining store standards.

• You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success.
• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with a warm, helpful interaction
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Deliver accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with restocking as needed
• Escalate issues to leaders to de-escalate situations and recover guest experience
