Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting customers and helping them find what they need.
• Assist guests with returns, orders, and drive-up services while following Target policies.
• Stock and organize merchandise and maintain a clean, safe workspace during open store hours.
• Provide information on loyalty programs, app features, and store services to enhance guest engagement.
