Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver a welcoming guest experience, assist with checkout, and promote store services. The role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities to work varying shifts, and a focus on guest satisfaction across in-store and digital channels.

You will be trained in guest engagement, loyalty programs, and app features, with a path to develop skills while supporting store operations and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest service in fast-paced environments.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience at checkout and service points.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, initiating a warm interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support peers and de-escalate situations when needed.
• Promote Target Loyalty benefits and assist with enrollment.
• Explain Wallet and Target App features.
• Assist with Order Pick Up and Drive Up services.
