Job summary

Target is looking for an On-Demand Team Member to join our guest experience team as a Guest Advocate. You will create a welcoming environment, assist guests with finding products, and resolve issues while maintaining a fast-paced store flow.

You will also support various services such as Order Pick Up and Drive Up, explain loyalty benefits, and operate scanners and POS systems. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds and occasional 44 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful interaction.
• Assist guests in finding items and resolving issues.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately.
• Share information about Target benefits and services.
• Help guests use the Target app, Wallet, and other features.
