Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier, General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style).

Starting Hourly Rate: $16.25 USD per hour. Pay Range: $16.25 - $24.40 USD per hour.

About On-Demand Role

This flexible role allows you to work as much or as little as you like. You will create your schedule by picking shifts via our myTime app, with active engagement required to maintain employment.

Regular attendance and responsiveness are essential. You must work at least one shift every 4-6 months to avoid termination.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service, greeting and assisting guests authentically.
• Engage with guests to understand and meet their needs.
• Operate tools, products, and services to resolve issues and enhance the guest experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support store operations, including stocking and maintaining a clean work area.
• Follow safety policies and support compliance efforts.
