ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be included on the posted weekly schedule but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. We require active engagement in picking up and working shifts, and responding to our contact attempts. Regular attendance and working at least one shift every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024) is necessary to maintain employment.

Should you be offered a position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short-term training schedule. Afterward, you can select shifts through the myTime app.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Advocates of guest experience who focus on guest interaction and recovery, knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that drive adoption and loyalty. They make shopping quick and easy at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up.

The role helps develop skills in communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and promoting store services and benefits.

Typical Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment
• Assist guests by understanding and responding to their needs
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to enhance guest experience
• Efficiently scan, bag, and process transactions
• Promote Target's loyalty programs and fulfillment services
• Assist with returns, de-escalate negative situations, and support guest services
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support cash handling and merchandise handling as needed
