About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement by working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours) is required. You must respond to contact attempts and work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to maintain employment.

Participation involves attending a Target orientation and completing a short-term training schedule. The myTime app is used for shift selection.

Service & Engagement

Advocates of guest experience who focus on welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest expectations through interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store services, products, and features to promote adoption and loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, and digital solutions.

• Support cash handling and other store duties as needed

• Remain mobile throughout scheduled shifts
