ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs and shift availability. You will create your schedule by picking shifts via our myTime mobile app. Active engagement in picking up and working shifts is required, with a minimum of one shift every 4 weeks (or 5 months after December 2024).

Participation includes attending a Target orientation and completing training. You will be contacted periodically to confirm your interest and availability.

As a Guest Advocate, your role involves welcoming guests, exceeding service expectations, assisting with store and digital services, and creating a positive shopping experience. Skills developed include communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and product knowledge.
