Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) and enjoy a flexible work schedule. This role involves providing excellent guest service, assisting with store operations, and supporting various departments such as general merchandise, food and beverage, and style.

Starting Hourly Rate: $15.00 USD per hour

About On Demand

This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work as much or as little as you like. You can create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement is required, with a minimum of one shift every 4 months to 6 months, depending on policy updates.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and thanking guests
• Use body language and verbal cues to understand guest needs
• Operate scanners, handle merchandise safely, and assist with returns and other store functions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support store safety, compliance, and cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and engage with guests about products and services
• Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
