On-Demand: Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1042)

Join Target as an On-Demand: Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1042) and be part of a team that helps families discover the joy of everyday life. The starting hourly rate is $17.25 USD, with a pay range of $17.25 to $25.90 USD per hour.

About On-Demand Roles: You can work as much or as little as you like, with flexible scheduling via our myTime app. Regular engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities: As a Guest Advocate, your day may include greeting guests, assisting with products and services, processing transactions, managing returns, supporting store cleanliness, and ensuring safety and compliance. You will also promote Target’s loyalty programs and assist with digital and in-store services.

Qualifications: You should enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic environment, have effective communication skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking. Prior experience is not required as training will be provided.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 44 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures.
