ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app, and active engagement is required to maintain employment. You must work at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours), with an extension to 5 months starting December 2024. Regular communication and responsiveness are essential. Attendance and flexibility are key, with training provided to prepare you for your role.

Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations through interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities, digital services, and solutions to enhance guest loyalty. Focused on making shopping quick and easy at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up.
