About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Active engagement and responsiveness to contact attempts are required to maintain employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service, greet guests, and respond to their needs.
• Operate the register, handle transactions, and support cash operations.
• Assist with merchandise, maintain a clean work area, and support store functions.
• Promote Target’s programs and services, including loyalty and fulfillment options.
• Support safety, compliance, and ethical conduct at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and remain attentive to guests.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods.

Additional Information
