All about On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM. Your schedule varies based on store needs and shift availability. You will create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app, but active engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4-6 months to maintain employment.

As an On-Demand TM, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and undergo short-term structured training. The myTime app is used to pick up shifts once you are trained.

All about Service & Engagement: Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations. Knowledgeable about store capabilities, products, and services that drive guest loyalty. Focused on making shopping quick and easy while ensuring quality service.
