About On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like, with a flexible schedule based on store needs. As an On-Demand TM, you won't be scheduled in advance but can pick shifts via our myTime app. Active engagement and response to contact attempts are required to maintain employment. You must work at least one shift every 4 to 6 months to avoid termination. Training and orientation are provided.

Role Overview: Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage, and guest loyalty. Responsible for making shopping quick and easy, ensuring exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent guest service and create a welcoming environment
• Assist guests by understanding their needs and providing solutions
• Operate scanners, handle transactions, and process returns following policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support store operations, including order pick-up and drive-up services

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds
