Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist guests, and use knowledge of store services to resolve questions and fulfill needs. Scheduling may vary and shifts can be picked up via the myTime app.

• You enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and fellow team members.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, physically demanding role that requires teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving.
• You are open to working a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard and greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to assist with their needs and solve issues.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to help guests and improve their experience.
• Explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment when needed.
• Assist with order pickup, drive-up, and registry guests while maintaining accuracy and safety.
