Job summary

Target is looking for an On-Demand Guest Advocate to join our team in Omaha. This role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to pick up shifts through the myTime app, with an emphasis on friendly guest service and efficient store operations.

As an On-Demand TM, you will create a welcoming experience, assist guests with questions, and participate in loyalty enrollment, returns, and drive-up services. Attendance and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest interaction and communication with customers.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist with finding items and resolving issues.
• Assist with returns, loyalty sign-ups, and drive-up services.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock supplies during open hours.
