Qualifications

• Experience supporting desktop and laptop environments on-site.
• Contract-based, on-demand work assignments with no guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at client location.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, OS, and enterprise software.
• Support LAN connectivity issues and basic network troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures during onsite tasks.
