Job summary

OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation is seeking Contract Investigators to join our team in the Alexandria, LA area. This is an on-demand, non-guaranteed hour position with a minimum availability of ten hours per week and travel within a 35-50 mile radius from the city location.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens with a HS diploma, 1 year of federal background investigative experience, and possess FIS experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of specialized Federal Background investigative experience within the last 5 years.
• Must have some FIS Experience.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person, one-on-one subject interviews to obtain information.
• Obtain factual information from sources to produce an investigation report.
• Travel within the geographic area of responsibility to various locations for investigations.
• Be willing to travel 30-50 miles as needed.
• Engage with managers and agencies to maintain cooperative relationships.
