Job summary

Sid Jacobson JCC’s Kroll Family Aquatics Center seeks energetic Assistant Swim Team Coaches to support the SJJCC Barracudas for the 2026–27 season. On-deck coaching, stroke refinement, and structured workouts will be core duties as you work with dedicated age-group swimmers.

Qualifications

• Competitive swim coaching background preferred.
• Strong communication and punctuality.
• CPR-AED certification preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• On-Deck Coaching & Technique: deliver stroke analysis, interval training, and technique refinement for designated age groups.
• Practice Execution & Deck Safety: supervise deck, assist equipment setups, run lane intervals, uphold safety standards.
• Meet Support: attend home and away meets, organize swimmer staging, provide race feedback.
• Collaborative Leadership: work with Aquatics Manager and coaching team to ensure training progression.
