Job summary

Naperville Park District is seeking a Food Service Sales Associate to manage day-to-day sales and food preparation at the golf course food service area. Under supervision, you will ensure sanitation, assist with special events, and maintain customer service standards.

The role requires BASSET, Illinois Food Handler's Certification, and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications within specified timeframes after hire; high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BASSET certification within three months of hire.
• Illinois Food Handler's Certification within one month of hire.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification within two months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell food and beverage products and prepare food as directed.
• Perform sanitation duties for the food service area.
• Work at special events and tournaments as assigned.
• Demonstrate and support district customer service standards.
• Stock and manage inventory of products on beverage cart.
• Operate beverage cart to provide food and beverage sales to patrons.
• Assist staff with duties assigned by Food Service Manager.
