Job summary

The Naperville Park District is seeking a Food Service Sales Associate to support day-to-day food service operations at our facilities. Under supervision, you will present and sell food and beverage items, help with food prep, and maintain cleanliness and safety of the service area.

You will also work at events, stock beverage carts, operate the beverage cart, and assist staff while delivering friendly, professional customer service to patrons.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive beverage cart safely on and off the golf course.
• Demonstrate professionalism with patrons and colleagues.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to address complaints and resolve concerns.
• Working knowledge of basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell food and beverage products. Prepare food as directed.
• Perform all sanitation needs and duties.
• Work special events and tournaments as assigned.
• Demonstrate and support District customer service standards.
• Stock and manage inventory of products on the beverage cart.
• Operate beverage cart to provide food and beverage sales to patrons.
• Assist staff with duties as assigned.
