Job summary

Naperville Park District is seeking a Player Assistant to support daily outside operations at the golf course and practice facility under the supervision of the Assistant Golf Professional.

Responsibilities include monitoring group starts and safety, processing payments, notifying groups of policies, and maintaining facilities. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification within two months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record group starting time and safety of golf patrons; record cart number if applicable.
• Verify payment of appropriate fees.
• Inform groups of policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of water coolers, washrooms, and the course.
• Demonstrate and support District customer service standards.
• Assist related staff with duties assigned by Assistant Golf Professional.
• Other duties as assigned.
