Job summary

Boca West Country Club seeks a Golf Attendant to support the golf operation on the course, assist members and guests, and ensure a safe, enjoyable round. You will manage carts, help with course setup, and contribute to a smooth, hospitable golf experience for residents and visitors.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a golf or hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of golf course operations and etiquette preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate golf carts and carts safely.

Responsibilities

• On-Course Support & Customer Service: Assist members and guests with on-course needs, including water, towels, and amenities.
• Cart Management & Maintenance: Set up, distribute, and collect golf carts; ensure carts are clean and fueled; report issues to maintenance.
• Course Appearance & Safety: Maintain course cleanliness and appearance; enforce safety protocols for carts and conduct.
• Operational Support: Assist with supplies, set up on-course stations, and coordinate with golf staff.
