Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a friendly Golf Cart Attendant to support daily outdoor golf operations and provide exceptional service to members and guests. The role involves preparing and maintaining golf carts, transporting bags, and assisting with events in a beautiful resort setting.

Education preferred is a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid Florida driver’s license is required, with 1–2 years of hospitality experience valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with members, guests, and colleagues.
• 1–2 years of hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Transport golf bags from bag-drop to carts or staging areas.
• Clean, prepare, and maintain golf carts; ensure carts are safe and well-stocked.
• Keep bag-storage room clean, organized, and secure.
• Inspect carts and report any maintenance needs to a supervisor.
• Support the daily operation of the Outside Services Department.
• Assist Golf Professionals with tournaments and events.
