Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking a Golf Attendant to deliver exceptional service to members and guests while supporting the Bag Drop, Bag Room, and Practice Facility areas.

You will handle golf bags, prep carts, maintain bag room organization, and assist with tournaments and events in a luxury resort setting. Prior hospitality or golf-related experience is preferred, with a requirement for a professional demeanor and outdoor work readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
• Previous golf, country club, resort, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
• Assist with golf bags and equipment during guest arrival and departure.
• Stock, inspect, and stage golf carts according to resort standards.
• Organize and transport members' and guests' golf bags and maintain bag room cleanliness.
• Set up driving range and practice facilities; manage range balls and supplies.
