Job summary

Evermore Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL invites friendly hospitality professionals to join our beverage cart and on-course service team. You will deliver food and beverage to golfers, upsell items, and ensure service meets our luxury standards while working outdoors across our resort setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and guest-centric service. Candidates should have 2 years hospitality experience, Florida certifications, and a valid Florida driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Hospitality and serving experience in resort or golf setting.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and upselling skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Certifications as required by Florida regulations.
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for long periods.
• Clean driving record and valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-course F&B service to golfers per menu and standards.
• Stock beverage carts and manage supplies.
• Ensure income, cost control, and inventory procedures.
• Comply with health, safety, and alcohol service laws.
• Maintain clean bar area and proper storage of items.
• Handle cash/credit transactions accurately and close tabs.
• Engage guests with friendly service and recommendations.
• Work outdoors on-cart or course areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow safety policies and maintain uniform appearance.
