Evermore Orlando Resort in Orlando is recruiting a Barista/Guest Services team member to deliver coffee and beverage service across our resort. You will set up and stock the bar, welcome guests, handle cash, and follow safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hospitality and barista experience, customer service focus.
• Food, alcohol, and safety certifications under FL requirements.
• Experience with cash handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing duties, set up supplies and tools, and clean areas.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
• Prepare coffee and espresso beverages according to recipes.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests following company standards and assist needs.
• Speak clearly and professionally with others.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar and guest areas.
• Follow safety policies and complete training and certifications.
• Maintain clean, professional appearance and protect assets.
• Engage in a positive guest-focused environment.
• All other duties as required.
