Evermore Orlando Resort is seeking a barista to join our hospitality team in Orlando. You will prepare daily coffee and espresso beverages, greet guests, and support service with a friendly, proactive approach.

To succeed, you will bring 2–4 years of hospitality and barista experience, plus Florida food and safety certifications. You will maintain clean work areas and follow safety policies while delivering top-notch guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hospitality and barista experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Certified in Florida food, alcohol, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing duties and set up supplies and tools.
• Prepare coffee and espresso beverages per recipes.
• Welcome guests and address service needs with courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar and guest areas.
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets.
• Operate POS and related systems with accuracy.
