Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Stocks product, integrating consumer fintech, capital markets, and on-chain assets. You will define the strategy and roadmap, shape user experiences, and navigate market structure and operational constraints to ship products.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, legal, compliance, operations, and business teams to bring traditional financial assets onchain to market, while keeping complexity simple for users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience for consumer-facing financial products.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, trading workflows, and market structure.
• Deep knowledge of securities infrastructure, clearing and settlement.
• Regulatory and compliance experience in securities trading.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into intuitive user experiences.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, legal, and compliance.
• Active user of crypto/DeFi ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Ondo's stocks product.
• Translate customer needs into simple, intuitive product experiences.
• Lead products from concept through launch and iteration with clear requirements and tradeoffs.
• Design experiences that abstract brokerage, trading, settlement, and blockchain complexity.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to build high-quality consumer products.
• Work with legal, compliance, operations, and business teams to bring onchain assets to market.
• Develop understanding of market structure, liquidity, and competitive landscape.
• Use insights and data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Define longer-term product vision for onchain stocks and real-world assets.
