Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples live in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision and support for about 8–13 students, creating a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional and social growth.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning Devotions and Chapel attendance, plus budgeting and

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sustain physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
