CT State Community College seeks a Wellness Counselor to support student mental health, wellness, and equity on the New Haven campus. The role leads counseling services, develops wellness programming, and collaborates with faculty and staff to boost retention and success.

Candidates will hold a master’s in counseling or related field (or a doctoral degree in psychology) and have licensure or eligibility in CT, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy or a doctoral degree in psychology.
• Two or more years of professional counseling experience.
